The Basin Development Scenarios (D4) is the fourth deliverable in the development of the Strategic Plan for the Zambezi Watercourse (ZSP). The Basin Development Scenarios identify and analyse possible development actions or events for the Zambezi River. However, they are not a prediction or a focus. They build from the earlier deliverables of the ZSP, namely; D2 – Situation Analysis and Strategic Directions and D3 – Basin Development and Infrastructure Inventory. The Basin Development Scenarios will feed into the Basin Investment Plans.
